Job Title: B2B Sales Executive – Tourism & Tours

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with proven experience in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients. This role is remote but the candidate must be based in or around Ahmedabad for occasional in-person meetings or regional networking events.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new B2B partners such as travel agents, corporate travel planners, and tour operators.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing B2B clients.
Promote company tour packages (domestic and international) to B2B clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct virtual meetings and presentations to pitch services and customized travel solutions.
Keep abreast of travel industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Participate in trade shows, virtual expos, and online networking events (as required).
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
1+ years of B2B sales experience in the travel or tourism sector.
Strong network of travel agents and corporate travel clients is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and online meeting tools.
Based in or near Ahmedabad with the ability to travel locally when needed.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of domestic and international travel packages.
Familiarity with DMCs and global travel partners.
Understanding of travel operations and customer service expectations.
