Job Summary:

We Are Seeking a Highly Motivated and Experienced B2B Sales Representative to Join Our Dynamic Sales Team. As a B2B Sales Representative, Your Primary Responsibility Will Be to Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities with Other Businesses. You Will Be Responsible for Building Strong Relationships, Closing Sales, And Achieving Revenue Targets.

Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets, reach, and profitability goals in the B2B market.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Understand the unique needs and requirements of architects, builders, interior designers, and hospitality projects, and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
• Create detailed proposals based on customer project specifications and requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the specific needs of B2B clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our home automation, networking, AV, and security systems.
• Generate sales from new and existing B2B accounts, including architects, builders, interior designers, and hospitality projects.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales deals effectively and ensure timely payments from clients.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with B2B clients, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Proactively meet and engage with customers, dealers, architects, interior designers, and project managers to drive sales of our home automation, networking, AV, and security products.
• Stay up to date with product advancements, industry trends, and competitor products to effectively position and differentiate the company's offerings in the B2B market.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and operations, to ensure smooth customer experiences and successful project implementations.

Qualifications:
• Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree (Engineering/Science background will be an advantage).
• 2-5 years of sales or customer-facing experience in B2B sales, preferably in the home automation, construction, or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with architects, builders, interior designers, and project managers.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to successfully close B2B sales deals.
• Proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas in the B2B segment.
• Understanding of home automation, networking, AV, and security products and their applications in the B2B market.
• Basic level of computer literacy and experience with CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
