Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Generate Leads: Identify and approach potential new clients (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors) to present our household plastic products.
Close Sales: Pitch products effectively, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with shop owners and bulk buyers.
Market Research: Keep track of market trends, competitor pricing, and customer feedback to help the business adapt and grow.
Order Tracking: Coordinate with the manufacturing and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of goods to clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily records of sales visits, client interactions, and orders closed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Field Sales Executive, or similar role (experience in FMCG, hardware, or plastic manufacturing sales is a major plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills in Gujarati and Hindi.
Familiarity with the local markets in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas.
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
Must have a valid driver's license and own a two-wheeler for daily market visits.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a bonus.
