Job Summary
We are looking for Business Development Executives for B2B sales in schools. Your job role will be visiting schools, meeting with school administration, explaining products & services and enabling schools to partner with the company.
Responsibilities and Duties
Developing the overall sales strategy with the management.Generating new leads and prospecting accounts.Taking follow-ups from prospective clients through e-mails, phone or physical visits.Visiting schools, meeting with the management, explaining products & services and enabling organisations to partner with the company.Working closely with principals and management of different schools in regard to the projects.Preparing daily reports about the progress.Negotiating & finalising with different vendors.Conducting interviews.Supervising and ensuring the smooth flow of all work assigned to different team members.Any miscellaneous work assigned by the company.
Compensation Details: Rs. 15000/- to Rs. 18000/- (Per Month) + Travel Allowance + Sales Incentives (1-2 % of Sales) + Annual Retention Bonus + Variable Performance Bonus
