Role Description
We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and self-driven individual to manage our B2B solar distribution business. The candidate will handle our database of 700+ vendors, generate leads, manage calls and meetings, and close high-quality solar product sales under the PM Surya Ghar and commercial projects.
Qualifications
• Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and client relationship management
• Understanding of solar energy products and the solar market
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to meet sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
