Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead and expand our business-to-business sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our partners and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand customer base.
Identify and acquire new business clients across target industries or regions.
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Lead the sales cycle from lead generation and pitch to closing and onboarding.
Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to address their requirements.
Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management through CRM tools.
Train and guide junior sales executives as required.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of 4+ years in B2B sales, preferably in retail and ecommerce.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
Preferred Skills

Experience in solution-based or consultative selling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with contracts, pricing structures, and proposal writing.
Ability to build trust and credibility with C-level executives.
