Job Description
The B2B Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the company's manufacturing businesses. This includes identifying and qualifying new customers, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and closing deals
• Sales Strategy Development: The B2B Sales Manager would be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth in the B2B market segment. This would involve analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and devising effective approaches to target and acquire new clients.
Relationship Building:
Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients would be crucial.
The Sales Manager would need to understand the clients' needs, establish trust, and develop long-term partnerships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, market trends, and competitors' activities is essential. The Sales Manager should stay updated on industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Sales Target Achievement: Setting ambitious sales targets and guiding the sales team, if applicable, to achieve them would be part of the role. The Sales Manager should monitor performance, provide coaching, and implement strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.

• All applicants should have scored a minimum of 60% (i.e., First Class) in all academic qualifications (10th, 12th, UG, PG results till now)
• Applicants should not have gaps in education, i.e., the course should not have been completed in more than the stipulated duration.
