Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive B2B growth in the nutraceutical sector.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials for marketing purposes.
• Work closely with the product development and customer support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to network and promote the brand
Qualifications:
• B-Pharm degree (mandatory).
• At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the nutraceutical industry.
