Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Support Executive located in Mumbai. The role involves assisting the sales team with managing client inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining records of sales transactions. The executive will work on managing relationships with clients, supporting order processing and execution, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales process. Responsibilities also include addressing customer queries, coordinating with suppliers, and providing administrative support.
Qualifications
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build client relationships
• Proficiency in administrative tasks such as preparing proposals and maintaining documentation
• Skills in problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail
• Experience in working with sales teams and supporting B2B customer interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
