What will you be doing? Candidate is expected to support US & EMEA sales team with following activities o Morning Notes – Preparation of Morning Notes and event Deadlines for Sales o Events Calendar – Taking full ownership of Event Calendar o Interaction Files – Create detailed reporting around client consumption data o Contact Updates – Own Client contact database and update it on monthly basis o Target clients – Create weekly reports for Target Client and own conference request data mining o Pre-Conference Request/Allocation Files – Work on pre-conference requests and allocations o Alpha Capture product support & KPIs – Take full ownership of Alpha capture product support and KPIs o CRM Management – Take appropriate action on CRM activities o Conference & Analyst marketing – Prepare Marketing Material for Conference and Analyst calls o Analyse and track 'Resource consumption vs expected service' KPI o Producing account renewal status KPIs o Maintaining Stocks of interest o Marketing calendar & Daily events email o Keeping track of all preview notes published going into quarterly earnings/new year o Going through released conference schedules for pending meetings & adding color for clients o Double checking Corp axe reports What we're looking for: The candidate must be: o Detail-oriented. o Pro-active and passionate about things o Good sense of timeliness and can work under pressure to meet a deadline. o An organized individual with good time management, prioritising tasks and able to meet deadlines. o Able to coordinate with various teams to action items o Detailed and meticulous; high level of accuracy with low tolerance for error o Confident to escalate and articulate issues and elucidate reconciliation enhancements to senior stakeholders globally. o Committed and control-focused to succeed under challenging environment o Able to work as part of a high performing team o Willing and able to share knowledge with other team members o Confident to listen and articulate a logical argument in the face of challenge Skills that will help you in the role: o The role is ideally suited towards someone who is familiar with:  Good understanding of Cash Equity Business  Good understanding of Sales and Research functions  Exposure to Client Management and Content Management activities o 1-2 years' experience in supporting Sales/ Front Office o Strong understanding of Cash Equity business o A good understanding of SQL, VBA & excel functionalities o Comfortable with analysing data, problem solving with data, data analytics, statistics o Demonstrates initiative and confidence in collaborative team work o Strong written and verbal communication skills o Bachelor's degree in Management disciplines Where will you be working?
