Clubhouse Generalist – Mental Health & Community Support (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a Clubhouse Generalist to be part of our dynamic, hands-on team at Club Fellowship in Palmetto Bay. If you’re compassionate, energetic, and ready to make a real difference, this could be the perfect start to your career in human services.
What You’ll Do
• Empower Members: Work side-by-side with adults in recovery, helping them set goals and build confidence through meaningful work.
• Support Employment Success: Assist members with resumes, job searches, interview practice, and on-the-job coaching.
• Lead Activities & Events: Co-create social, recreational, and holiday programs that foster connection and joy.
• Community Outreach: Represent the Clubhouse at community events and help develop partnerships that expand opportunities for members.
• Grow with Us: Receive hands-on training in the internationally recognized Clubhouse Model, and attend Clubhouse International trainings.
Who We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and comfortable working with adults with mental illness.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays (community never takes a day off!).
• Valid Florida driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!
