We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to join
our dynamic team. As a Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing,
and maintaining the server-side logic and database architecture for our web applications using
PHP and Laravel frameworks. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the responsiveness,
scalability, and high performance of our systems.

Responsibilities:

- Develop efficient and reusable code for server-side applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Collaborate with the frontend development team to integrate user-facing elements with
server-side logic.
- Build and maintain the database schema and ensure data integrity and security.
- Implement robust and scalable APIs to facilitate seamless communication between
different components of the application.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to server-side performance and functionality.
- Optimize application code for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging backend technologies and industry trends related to PHP
and Laravel.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Backend Developer, with a minimum of 3 years to 5 years
of experience in PHP and Laravel development.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and experience working with the Laravel framework.
- Solid understanding of database systems, SQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to
collaborate effectively with frontend developers.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and experience with Agile development
methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
