- This is a mix of individual contributor roles (60%) and product lead/manager roles (40%).
- Having blockchain knowledge (such as ETH, Polygon) is a plus but not mandatory.

- Working with the Engineering team to develop the code, guide the team and troubleshoot the issue.
- Discussing the product roadmap with the stakeholders.

- 4-6 years of IT experience in full stack/ back end development.
- Working (hands-on exp) with React/Node technology stack and Microservices framework.
- Desirable but not mandatory working experience with the AWS cloud platform
- Experience in working with complex systems/applications.
- Experience in leading a small team by providing them with technical guidance
