Role: Backend Developer (Senior)
We’re looking for a Backend Developer for our Israel based partner, who is the fastest growing personalized and automatic video editing and management platform. They are looking to setup a team in India.
Our partner is disrupting the video editing industry by building a video editing platform, that allows customers to automatically create, transcribe, collaborate, optimize, and publish content - all in one place.

Your role would include -
• Develop and deploy code meeting global coding standards
• Work with cutting-edge technologies
• Work with global team of product managers, designers and developers
• Deliver in fast-paced agile environment to deliver high-quality technical solutions
• Implement and maintain code quality, unit testing, and best practices of clean code
• Collaborate and creatively solve problems
Responsibilities
On a day-to-day basis, you'll create, code, and improve our application, server-side services, databases, together with other developers on the team. You'll work with the frontend team to help create a functional, seamless experience for the user and enhance the user experience. You'll be responsible to study the industry trends, creating troubleshooting, and improving current backend applications and processes to design a better program. You'll record data and report it to proper parties, such as clients or your Team Lead, while also taking the lead on projects, as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field.
• 5-7 years experience in backend development
• Familiar with Node JS and Graph QL, Kubernetes, FFMPEG, or Puppeteer
• Excellent project and time management skills.
• Strong problem solving and verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a group.
• Experience working in a startup/product environment.
