As a Senior backend developer, you will take responsibility for building smart and efficient backends and APIs. You will be using technologies like PHP, Laravel, and Nodejs at an advanced level to drive your result to the highest quality
To perform great in this role, you should have 5+ years of experience as a backend developer and be a proactive and motivated nature that loves to work on challenging international projects.

What do you need to bring?
Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in computer science or other related fields
Minimum 5 Years of experience in web and/or backend development [Laravel and/or Nodejs technology]
+2 years of software engineer lead/managerial experience
Have lead technical projects from concept, and design, to delivery
Have multiple years of experience debugging complex issues at every level of the stack
Experienced with building scalable web and/or backend services
Experienced building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Experienced with cloud infrastructure systems like (GCP/AWS/DigitalOcean)
Solid Experience with NodeJS, Laravel, PHP
Strong of DB architecture design [Normalization] in MySql and MongoDB
Strong knowledge of Database cache and Server Cache [Redis].
Strong knowledge of APIs , API versioning, and documenting
Strong knowledge of DNS records.
Strong knowledge in data modeling and building a server infrastructure (Load Balancers, Server instances, etc.)
Experience in Angular or WordPress would be a plus point
Strong teamwork skills in building, implementing and maintaining large digital products across cross-disciplinary roles.
Sharing knowledge with others and helping others to grow is a matter of course for you.
Strong English communication skills in speaking and writing.
A day in the life of our backend team
Deliver a complete, functioning, and high-end code following clear software development processes and practices.
You will be responsible for your tech stack in projects and lead all components, from concept, design, code, testing, integration, deployment, monitoring, enhancements, etc.
Lead the creation of large enterprise architectures following best practices in performance, scale-ability, and security.
Writing tested and documented code.
Taking care of proper and quality assuring CI/CD process.
Coordinating and communicating with other project team members to design the best solution for our end customers.
Contribute pro-active towards the project goal and don’t hesitate to escalate a topic if it goes in the wrong direction.
Work closely together with quality engineers to ensure continuous the product quality and performance.
Mentor less experienced family members and contribute actively to our company foundation
