Senior Backend Developer

About the Position :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Backend Developer to architect, design and develop scalable enterprise-level applications. This role requires strong expertise in backend development, complemented by solid front-end skills and experience in multi-stack environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and build scalable applications with best practices.

• Develop smooth front-end interfaces using HTML and jQuery.

• Design and manage backend services on ASP.NET Framework.

• Integrate and collaborate with Java-based middleware applications on Apache Tomcat.

• Handle SQL Server databases optimize queries, manage data integrity, and ensure performance.

• Oversee deployments and ensure smooth operation in a Windows-based Co-Lo hosted infrastructure.

• Lead troubleshooting efforts and implement high-performance solutions.

• Mentor junior team members and perform regular code reviews.

Requirements :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in backend development using ASP.NET Framework.

• Experience working with Java middleware, particularly on Apache Tomcat.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning.

• Prior experience deploying and managing applications on Windows OS in Co-Lo environments.

• Good understanding of software design patterns, system architecture, and code optimization.

• Ability to work independently and lead development initiatives.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
