Back End/Devops engineer
We are seeking a skilled Back End/Devops engineer to take over the maintenance of our existing products.
Experience - 6 yrs
Technical Skills:
1. Programming Languages/Infrastructure:
○ Proficiency in AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, Aurora…)
○ Familiarity with Go
○ ASP .NET framework (our current version is 4.8) and its core principles, including object-oriented programming
2. Software Development:
○ Strong understanding of software development ands architecting principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, DevOps including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code such as Terraform)
○ Deep understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git)
○ Designing and implementing microservices-based applications
3. Database Management:
○ Proficiency in MySQL and AWS Aurora
○ Ability to write and optimize SQL queries
4. System Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
○ Experience with monitoring (e.g Elastic) and maintaining production systems
○ Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly
Soft Skills:
1. Problem-Solving:
○ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
○ Ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively
2. Communication:
○ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
○ Ability to document processes, issues, and resolutions clearly
3. Collaboration:
○ Experience working in a team-oriented environment
○ Ability to collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders
4. Adaptability:
○ Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
○ Willingness to learn and integrate new technologies as needed
