The Position

Working closely with the Back of House Manager, you will maintain the highest standards of hygiene and occupational health and safety to ensure all back of house areas are kept in immaculate condition, at all times. And you will display exceptional attention to detail – drawing on your experience in a similar role at a four- or five-star hotel.
Drawing on your outstanding communication skills and innately personable manner, you will manage and motivate a dedicated team of porters to follow your example and meet those high standards. In turn, you will be given support to upskill and develop your career with Rocco Forte.
Ultimately, your insight, commitment and pride in your work will make you an integral part of the Rocco Forte family.
