Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with clarity and professionalism (Telecalling).
Draft and send quotations, offers, and emails to clients in flawless English.
Follow up with clients for payments and pending dues.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely communication and coordination with internal teams.
Maintain and organize all office and client-related documents (both physical and digital).
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with clients and vendors.
Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluency in English – both written and spoken is mandatory.
Must have completed schooling in English Medium.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email correspondence.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in office administration, customer service, or telesales is a plus.
