Indus Parking Services (IPS) is a fast-growing multinational parking company based in Gurugram. We manage parking sites and help prevent unauthorised parking in commercial and residential areas. Our team works with clients in India and overseas to ensure smooth and efficient parking operations.

We are looking for a Back Office Assistant to support our daily operations and data activities. You will assist the team by updating records, checking information, and carrying out operations tasks. Full training will be provided.

As a Back Office Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
• Enter and update vehicle details in the system.
• Check and confirm parking information each day.
• Assist with general operations and paperwork duties.
• Support team members with day-to-day admin tasks.

The ideal candidate working as a Back Office Assistant will display:
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Should be confident using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be organised, reliable, and willing to learn.

Required Qualifications:
• Freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience are welcome.
• No specific educational qualification is required – a positive attitude and commitment to work are most important.
