Job Description
1. Responsible to Open & Close office daily. So, time punctuality is must thing.
2. Understanding client’s requirement and then turn it into a brief for the creative team.
3. Add value to briefs and deliverables.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English.
5. Good with operations and workflow management.
6. Be accurate and pay attention to each task of the design to map deadline.
7. Proficient in downloading data, understanding brief, allocating tasks & explain brief to the
designer, and get task done in timeline.
8. Checking creative output before emailing to clients timely and get timely feedback from
client.
+. Check job sheets of the designers & fill own Job sheet.
EDUCATION
a. Minimum Education: - Graduate with Good Command over English
b. Technical Education: - Intermediate level working experience in Word, Excel &
PowerPoint. Gujarati – Hindi language
c. Must be calm minded & good at communication, using proficient & sophisticated
language to communicate with client.
EXPERIENCE
a. Minimum Experience of communication: 1 years

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
