Title: Senior and Operation Executive (Cabs)

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon)

Key Responsibilities:

·

Ø Manage car rental reservations and ensure smooth coordination with clients and drivers during the night shift.

Ø Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and modifications via phone, email, and online platforms.

Ø Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.

Ø Monitor the availability of cars and ensure timely dispatches.

Ø Coordinate with the operations team to manage the fleet, drivers, and other logistics.

Ø Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and invoices.

Ø Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all operations.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experience in car rental services or a similar customer service role.

· Strong communication skills in English and local languages.

· Ability to manage rotational shift schedules regularly.

· Proficiency in computer systems, including reservation software.

· A customer-centric attitude with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.

To support our UK-based Sales and Design teams, we’re looking for talented Back Office professionals to join our remote back-office team remotely. If you're detail-oriented, love working with data, and have a flair for research, this is a great opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, international environment.

What You’ll Do
• Research suppliers and interior brands online and gather relevant data.
• Collect and organise supplier price lists in Excel.
• Reach out to suppliers via email or phone for product and partnership details.
• Support multiple teams using shared Google Spreadsheets and data trackers.
• Combine product imagery with pricing and upload to internal systems.
• Verify and correct data in our CRM to ensure accuracy across platforms.
• Conduct market and competitor research for UK and global markets.
• Help expand our supplier network by contacting potential partners.
• Help us outreach and widen the LinkedIn Community.
• Help us build various versioned landing pages via Html under the marketing team’s guidelines.
• Help us implement site changes withing stipulated deadlines.
• (Optional) Use tools like ChatGPT or other AI platforms to assist with tasks.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 2 years of back-office experience.
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
• Comfortable working from home with a stable internet connection and PC or laptop.
• Strong research skills and the ability to prioritise key information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Basic HTML and Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Magento, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• High attention to detail – your work will impact our UK clients directly.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
