Job Description

We are looking to hire an Experienced Male or Female executive to join our Back-office team to manage Business coordination work.

PP size photo is mandatory along with resume.

REQUIREMENTS.

To ensure success as a "Back-office coordinator", you should have experience in office management, the ability to work quickly and efficiently to provide reliable support for management and the Sales Team.

Bachelor's degree in B.com/BSC/ BCA/BBA or similar field.

Previous work experience as an Office Executive and sales co-ordination work like Quotations and efficient inventory planning.

Excellent Organizational Skills.

Candidate must have adequate knowledge of computer operating systems and MS office software along with some ability to troubleshoot basic day to day software related issues.

MS Excel basic formulas knowledge is minimum requirement.

Candidate with some basic knowledge of Tally software will be preferred over other candidates as basic knowledge in tally will help to plan inventories.

Candidate with some experience in the Export/Import-related documentation process will be preferred.

Candidates with prior experience in working with GEM or other e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller, Indiamart, etc.) will be preferred over other candidates.
Candidate must be comfortable in the English language to draft General communication mail or letters to customers or suppliers.
Maximum Age Limit to apply for this job is 40 Years.

A recent PP size photo must be enclosed along with the Latest Resume of the candidate.

Basic Training to understand the process and data will be provided accordingly.

Summary Of Responsibilities and Duties
Industrial Products Quotation to customer/companies.

Inventory Planning and Purchase order to be placed to Principal Suppliers.

Follow-up for overdue payments from customers/companies.

Tracking of inquiries received through Indiamart or other e-commerce portals.

To get the Business leads from the online portal for working of Marketing team.

Assisting and coordinating with Sales team.

MIS preparation and Data Analysis.

Basic Admin Duties.

General communication mails to customers or suppliers.

Salary: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
