Draft and Manage Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Inventory Oversight: Monitor and manage property inventory records, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure up-to-date listings and availability.

Excel Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintaining databases related to sales, inventory, and client information.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing files.

Data Entry and Management: Accurately input and update information in company databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

Coordination with Legal Teams: Work closely with legal departments to ensure all agreements and documents meet regulatory standards and are filed appropriately.

Communication Liaison: Act as a point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders, facilitating smooth information flow.

Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all back-office operations adhere to company policies and legal requirements, conducting regular audits as necessary.

Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational efficiency and implement improvements to streamline back-office functions.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on inventory status, agreement progress, and other key metrics to assist management in decision-making.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
