We are looking for a back office coordinator to coordinate with fundhouses, coordinate with clients for documentation and KYC as well as to have all information maintained in an upto date manner in our CRM. Clients with prior operating knowledge of ZOHO will be preferred.

Job Profile:
Manage and handle coordination for back end ops with fundhouses and clients .
Work with Sales and Product Team to ensure data is always upto date
Follow up on queries / cases and understand requirements
Coordinate with CAMS/ KARVY/Fundhouses to correct mismatches.
Email reports
Maintain Back office CRM - Zoho
All other back office tasks
