Job Description
- Coordination with department (Sales, Production, Dispatch, Purchase)
- To build and maintain good relationships with our valuable customers.
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products & services.
- Explain the product or service to potential customers.
- Record customer details and details of transaction & update customer database regularly.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements.
- Preparing and presenting detailed and accurate sales reports
