Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day back office tasks including documentation, filing, and data entry.
Manage the end-to-end process of tender filling, submission, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents for tender submissions.
Monitor and track tender opportunities across various platforms.
Maintain records of submitted tenders and follow up on their status.
Prepare and manage official correspondence and reports.
Provide administrative support to the team as required.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience in back office operations; knowledge of tender filling is mandatory.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Female candidates preferred.
