Job Summary:
We are looking for a Back Office Work & Customer Support Executive with excellent communication skills to handle various administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Back Office Operations:
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain and update customer records and databases.
Prepare and generate reports, invoices, and other documents as needed.
Assist with inventory management and order fulfillment.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Communication:
Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and notices.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer support or back office role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
