Back Office & Data Entry Operator
• Riyoadvertising is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office & Data Entry Operator to join our team in Mumbai. This role is essential for maintaining efficient back-office operations and supporting administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong MS Office skills and contribute positively to workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and organize both physical and electronic files.
• Perform data entry, analysis, and reporting in Excel, including spreadsheet creation and use of formulas.
• Prepare and format professional documents in Word.
• Create informative and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations for internal and client-facing meetings.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and messages to maintain a professional correspondence standard.
• Participate in team meetings and offer ideas for operational improvement.
Eligibility Criteria
• Education: Minimum graduate degree in any field.
• Skills Required: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent written and spoken English, strong organizational and multitasking skills, effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
