DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Preparing Quotation, Proforma Invoice and Purchase order.
Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
Assisting and Coordinating with Accounts team.
Assisting and supporting management.
DESIRED SKILLS

Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent organizational skills.
Well versed knowledge of Excel & SAP Software
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of Experience as Backoffice executive

EDUCATION: B.com, NMS, BAF, BFM
