Job Summary:
Radiant Guard Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operational and administrative functions. This position is based at our NIBM, Kondhwa (Pune) office and involves working in rotational shifts. Ideal for fresh graduates looking to build a professional foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance
Prepare and manage internal documents, reports, and files
Coordinate with other departments for daily operational tasks
Respond to internal queries and follow up on pending activities
Ensure secure and confidential handling of company data
Assist in general office administrative support
Requirements:
Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
