Job Overview
We are looking for a Generalist Operations Executive who can support day-to-day business activities across multiple functions such as operations, basic accounting support, hiring coordination, marketing execution, and product testing.
This is not a specialist role (HR / Accounts / Marketing).
It is a support and execution role that helps the core team by handling structured and operational tasks.
The right candidate should be comfortable learning new tools, following SOPs, and executing tasks accurately with minimal supervision after training.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Hiring & HR Support
Screen resumes based on given criteria
Coordinate interview scheduling
Maintain candidate tracking sheets
Assist with onboarding documentation and basic HR records
2. Accounting & Finance Support (Non-Expert Level)
Match bank statements with books (reconciliation)
Assist in bookkeeping support activities
Raise invoices using tools like Zoho Books
Generate basic financial and operational reports
Maintain organized records and documentation
Note: This role does not involve complex accounting or compliance work.
3. Operations & Administrative Support
Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports in Excel
Organize internal documentation and SOPs
Coordinate across team members for operational tasks
Follow checklists and defined processes strictly
4. Marketing Execution Support
Assist in running basic marketing campaigns (execution only)
Upload content, manage lists, track responses
Maintain campaign data and reports
Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
B.Com completed (preferred due to finance-related tasks)
Good English reading and writing skills
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Comfortable using computers, mobile apps, and online tools
Basic logical and analytical thinking ability
Strongly Preferred
Prior experience in operations / back-office
Experience working in Excel/ Google Sheets.
Exposure to tools like Zoho Books, ATS systems, or project tools
Ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems
High attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable doing process-driven work
