Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will be responsible for managing data, documentation, coordination, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
* Handle day-to-day back office operations and maintain proper records/documentation
* Make outbound and attend inbound calls for lead generation and customer follow-ups
* Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, proposals and client updates
* Maintain and update data in MS Excel/CRM systems
* Ensure timely communication with clients and resolve basic queries
* *Required: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge*
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Skills:
Experience in back office or administrative role
Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
Basic accounting knowledge (optional)
Experience:
Fresher / 1–3 years of experience preferred
