We are looking for somebody who can talk to candidates who are searching for jobs and maintain the database of clients and candidates on Zoho Recruit & Zoho CRM.
The day to day activities which include
Watching Zoho Recruit & Zoho CRM Videos , Learning the features of Zoho and implementing the same at the organization.
Feeding the data of the Candidates & Clients in Zoho recruit & Zoho CRM. Data includes expected CTC , Skills, Location, Other details of Resume in Zoho Recruit , Contracts etc.
Accumulating Data /Extracting Data from Job Portal like Naukri, Indeed and LinkedIn- pulling at profiles using keywords and uploading on Zoho Recruit and CRM.
Finding Places for sourcing relevant candidates from Training Institutes, Coaching centers, Asking for Referrals
Communicating with candidates through call and email and evaluate them basis required skills. and coordinating with clients for closing the deals.
Managing Whatsapp/telegram groups- adding people to Whatsapp, posting about jobs, adding people to database.
Candidate profile
Females preferred
Good verbal communication skills- English and Hindi
Good emailing skills
Knowledge of using LinkedIn platform
Immediate joiner
Should be comfortable working remote and use software like Microsoft teams for collaboration.
Willingness to learn about Zoho Recruit/Zoho CRM and other Softwares.

+ 30am to 6 30pm
Saturdays- till 2 pm
