We are seeking a dynamic and smart executive to join our team and take charge of the back end responsibilities.
Job description:
Listing Management:
Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, and other relevant marketplaces.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock and images to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
Monitor and update listings to reflect changes in product availability and pricing.
Account Management:
Manage and maintain accounts on multiple ecommerce platforms for various sellers including order processing.
Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, such as sales, traffic, and customer reviews.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for marketplace clients and partners.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
Work Experience: Candidate should be smart, proactive and good at Microsoft Office, Tech Savvy. Well versed with English & Hindi.
Proven experience in ecommerce management for at least 1 year is preferred.
Education: At least a Bachelor's Degree
