Job Description
1-3 years of experience in:
Data entry
Back office operations
Basic accounting support
Experience in handling Excel-based reports and data management is highly preferred.
Salary Range: 25k to 30k
Roles:
Data Entry & Record Management
Perform accurate and timely data entry into systems and spreadsheets
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases
Verify data for errors and ensure data integrity
Basic Accounting Support
Assist in maintaining basic accounting records
Support in invoice entry, expense tracking, and ledger updates
Coordinate with the accounts team for required documentation
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel
Maintain proper documentation for transactions and operations
Organize and manage digital and physical records
Administrative Support
Assist internal teams with backend operational tasks
Handle routine office coordination work
Ensure smooth workflow across departments
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred, but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
