Job Description
1. Handling end to end back office process i.e. Account opening, off market transfer, Dematerialization, and query etc.
2. Maintain records like statements, bills, contract note, ledger and day to day transactions
3. Have Knowledge of Share market, Depository services,Trading
4. Have Knowledge of useful websites i.e. NSE, BSE, Money control
5. Knowledge of operating Terminal
6. RMS payin/payout follow up with clients
7. Maintain MIS & Software entries for all day to day transactions
8. Good communication skills in verbal form & written form are must.
+. Have Efficiency in handle all queries quickly and smartly.
10. Providing adequate support to the team, as and when required
Education:
Graduation required for any specialization
Experience:
3-5 years’ experience needed
Skills:
Advance knowledge of MS Office.
Formal communication through E-mail drafting
Query handling
Good in communication
Multi-Tasking
