Job Description
We are hiring a Back Office Executive responsible for basic Excel work, data entry, and daily record management. The candidate must be able to communicate and read/write in Marathi, as the role involves handling farmer-related data and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry in Excel and maintain accurate records.
Responsible for inbound calling
Update trackers, logs, and reports as instructed.
Verify data, identify errors, and make corrections.
Maintain digital and physical documentation in an organized manner.
Prepare simple daily/weekly reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect and update required data.
Handle routine administrative and back-office tasks assigned by the Manager.
Required Skills
Basic MS Excel skills (data entry, formatting, simple formulas).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Basic email writing and communication skills.
Ability to manage daily tasks and meet timelines.
Marathi language (read, write, speak) is mandatory.
Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate (any stream)
Experience
0 to 2 years in data entry or back-office work.
Freshers with good typing and basic Excel skills can also apply.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Comfortable working with routine tasks consistently.
