Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Back Office (Sales Coordinator) position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales and operations team through administrative tasks, communication management, and coordination activities. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team with day-to-day back-office operations.
Coordinate with clients, exhibitors, and vendors through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain and update customer databases, records, and documentation.
Prepare and share sales reports, follow-up lists, and other required documentation.
Handle inquiries related to products, services, bookings, and exhibition details.
Support registration processes and assist in pre-event and on-site coordination.
Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure timely responses and closures.
Coordinate internally with marketing, operations, and management teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure timely execution of administrative tasks such as quotation preparation, invoice handling, and correspondence.
Provide general administrative support to the office as needed.
Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline (Business or relevant field preferred).
1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, sales coordination, or administration.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work proactively and support team objectives.
Prior experience in event management or pharma industry is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
