Responsibilities:
Handle back office operations and maintain records
Perform data entry and update information in systems
Make outbound calls to clients/customers
Handle customer queries and provide support
Coordinate with internal team for daily tasks
Maintain proper documentation and reports
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Ability to handle calls professionally
Fresher & experienced both can apply
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Salary:
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
