Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Science City, Ahmedabad
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Morning shift ( Australian Shift)
Fluency in English Language is required
About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth business processes for our Australian client. This role is ideal for freshers as well as experienced candidates and offers opportunities to learn and grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update company records, databases, and files with high accuracy.
Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Handle correspondence, emails, and office communications efficiently.
Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, schedules, and office events.
Work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
Adapt to early morning shift requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree). Commerce graduates preferred.
Experience: Freshers can apply. Previous 1 to 3 years of experience in back office, administration, or operations is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Fluent English communication skills is must (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate confidently with clients.
Strong phone etiquette and professional handling of client calls.
Flexibility to work early morning or late evening shifts if required.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of accounting or ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to prioritize tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
