Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance related to orders and inventory.
Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse staff, and customers for order processing and dispatch.
Maintain stock records and update inventory details.
Assist in handling customer inquiries, order follow-ups, and delivery updates.
Perform general administrative and back-office tasks to support daily business operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in back office or administrative roles.
Basic knowledge of billing, documentation, and order management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
