Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to join our team. As a Back Office Executive, you'll be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting our sales team, and ensuring the smooth operation of our back office. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, such as financial records, customer records, and inventory records
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Assist with scheduling and organizing meetings
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Customer Service:
- Enhance overall customer experience by coordinating and following up with internal and external customers
- Track customer order history and resolve concerns
- Financial Management:
- Assist in managing financial records and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Prepare financial reports and presentations
- Inventory Control:
- Assist with inventory management and control
