We are hiring a Back Office Executive to handle data entry and provide administrative support at our office in Malviya Nagar. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working behind the scenes to ensure smooth office operations. Freshers with strong typing and basic computer skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in spreadsheets, software, and databases
• Organize and maintain physical and digital records and files
• Assist with preparing reports, invoices, and other documents
• Coordinate with front office staff and other departments for information processing
• Handle internal communications and follow up on assigned tasks
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document handling
• Ensure confidentiality and data integrity at all times
• Support day-to-day operations of the back office efficiently and reliably

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations
• Good typing speed and accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with efficiency
• Good written and basic verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in data entry or admin roles is an advantage but not mandatory
• Candidates located near Malviya Nagar or nearby areas preferred
