Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily data entry tasks and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Maintain and update internal databases, reports, and records.
Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards using MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
Reconcile data discrepancies and ensure the consistency of reports across departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect data and fulfill report requests in a timely manner.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Identify and implement improvements to back-office operations and reporting processes.
Provide administrative and clerical support as needed.
