Admin Executive
Location: GIDC Sec.-26, Gandhinagar
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: 0 to 1 Year
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support office operations, and ensure smooth workflow within the organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, communication abilities, and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage office operations, including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
Handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and event planning.
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement.
Process invoices, expense reports, and maintain financial records.
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Support senior management with administrative tasks as required.
