• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Must have strong Computer Knowledge
• Should be well versed in Emails and Calls
• Key skills must be MS office, Computer Operator, Data Entry Operator.
• Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails and ordering Back Office Executive supplies.
• Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns.
• Records details of customer contacts and actions are taken.
• Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
• Assisting the Front Office team.
• Stay positive in difficult positions.
• Coordinating with internal departments
