Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update company records, databases, and files with high accuracy.
• Prepare reports, invoices, and other administrative documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Handle correspondence, emails, and office communications efficiently.
• Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, schedules, and office events.
• Support financial documentation, reconciliations, and basic accounting tasks (if required).
• Work independently and take ownership of tasks, while also collaborating effectively with team members.
• Adapt to early morning or late evening shift requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree). Commerce graduates preferred.
