About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on order processing
2. Make invoices and send them by courier
3 Transfer requests & GTN entries
4. Provide physical stock availability and confirm to sales team & dealers as per their requirements, providing alternatives if required, and reservation of stock
5. Arrange and send samples to the client for project approval as per the salesperson's instructions
6. Monitor timely sending Invoices to respective clients
7. Make proforma invoices in SAP or Excel
8. Make quotations in the app & Excel
+. Make credit notes if needed at MLD/FLX
10. Check the return material list and share the CN annexure with warehouses
11. Handle admin work of WEM
1. Female candidates who are above 22 years and have graduated (in any stream)
2. Well-versed with Excel
3. Mail communication skills
4. Excellent organizational skills
5. Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
6. 6 months to 1 year experience preferred
