Experience: - 0-3 Year in Back/Front office

Role & Responsibilities: -

1. Greeting, attend guests & visitors at reception

2. Call management

3. Maintain telephone directory: contact details and address records of staffs

4. Contact details of HO maintenance related persons & agencies

5. Staff’s office boys & HK staff - IN / out & staff break time updates

6. Prepare daily work & weekly planning reports & send to reporting head.

7. Maintain file & registers

8. Handle proper cleaning of outside area, parking, back side & garden

9. Prepare gate pass, in - ward, out - ward material check & maintain records.

10. Physical count of materials - housekeeping, stationary store.
